World Blockchain arranges $300,000 private placement

Mr. Hanxuan Wu reports WORLD BLOCKCHAIN CORP. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT World Blockchain Corp. intends to undertake a private placement financing to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000 through issuance of up to 18.75 million common shares at a price of 16 cents per share. The closing shall occur on the date as may be determined by the company in its sole discretion. All securities issued in connection with the financing are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing of the financing. Completion of the financing is subject to regulatory approval. The company intends to use the proceeds of the financing toward general working capital and to explore business opportunities.
