North Arrow Extends Tlou Discovery to More than 700 m Strike and Drills 1.9 g/t Au over 20 m Within 1.2 g/t Au over 42 m, Kraaipan Gold Project, Botswana

North Arrow’s best-ever Tlou hole struck 700 metres, tripling the previous width, within a C$11 million capital program.

Executive Summary

North Arrow Minerals Inc. (NAR) has completed Rotation 4 at its Kraaipan project, drilling 16 reverse circulation holes for a total of 1,075 meters. This program included 14 holes totaling 968 meters at the Tlou prospect and two holes covering 107 meters at Nkwe. Assay results have been reported for nine of the 16 holes, with five Tlou holes and both Nkwe holes pending before year-end.

The Tlou strike, formerly known as Target AE, has been extended to more than 700 meters. This extension includes 400 meters south and 100 meters north of the 260-meter zone defined by Rotation 2, which was announced on 15 July 2026. All nine reported holes intersected mineralized, altered, quartz-veined banded iron formation (BIF) and ferruginous chert.

Key intercepts from the rotation include:

  • KR26-095: 20 m @ 1.93 g/t Au from 39–59 m downhole, including 3 m @ 8.69 g/t (46–49 m), all within a wider zone of 42 m @ 1.17 g/t from 17 m. Also 4 m @ 0.84 g/t (31–35 m) in altered mafic rock.
  • KR26-096: 3 m @ 0.79 g/t within 19 m @ 0.38 g/t.
  • KR26-100: 0.56 g/t over 16 m within 0.36 g/t over 45 m, hosted in a massive, hematite-altered, variably magnetic iron-rich unit with no discernible quartz veining; collared 30 m north of KR26-043 (35 m @ 0.57 g/t, July 2026).

At the northern end of the zone, KR26-101 intersected a narrow domain of altered, mineralized BIF, though no substantive assay was quoted. The southernmost holes, KR26-098 and KR26-099, intersected narrow altered BIF with quartz veining, with the company noting that east-west faults may offset the mineralized domains.

North Arrow Minerals has increased its 2026 exploration budget from US$2.3 million to US$2.86 million. The company did not state a cut-off grade, true width, or capped/uncapped distinction for the reported intervals.

Material Impact

North Arrow Minerals Inc. (NAR) is a pre-resource grassroots explorer with no revenue, no resource, and a market capitalization of roughly C$11M on 46.8M shares. The company’s previous best result at the Tlou project was KR26-040, which returned 27 m @ 1.11 g/t (30.0 g·m), published on 15 July 2026 when the stock was trading at C$0.17. The shares closed at C$0.22 that day, faded to C$0.18 within a week, spiked to C$0.38 in late September on surface-sampling news, and round-tripped to C$0.21 by 29 October. At C$0.24, the stock is 41% above the pre-anchor price but 47% below its 52-week high of C$0.45 and near the bottom quartile of its range.

On the same zone, KR26-095’s 49 g·m envelope and 1.93 g/t core beat the previous anchor on both grade and length. The 3 m @ 8.69 g/t intersection is the highest-grade result yet reported at Tlou. Simultaneously, the defined strike has increased from 260 m to greater than 700 m, representing a 2.7× increase in the mineralized footprint at the discovery, and the system has gained two additional host-rock types.

The prior release on 8 September 2026 reported a weak regional result of 0.21 g/t over 5 m, and the stock had been declining into November. This latest release serves as a positive surprise against that previous set-up. The result is not a resource, a metallurgical result, or a demonstration that the 700 m zone is a continuous mineable body. BIF-hosted gold is frequently refractory and fine-grained, and no testwork exists. Seven holes are still in the lab, representing the standing risks of a C$11M explorer.

The combination of a best-ever Tlou intercept and a tripled strike at a company priced for nothing should produce a double-digit positive move. The two-session drift from C$0.21 to C$0.27 into the release, which was published after the 4 November close, suggests some anticipation already.

Company Overview

North Arrow Minerals Inc. (NAR) is a Vancouver-based, TSXV-listed exploration company whose sole material asset is the Kraaipan Gold Project in southern Botswana. The project encompasses approximately 724 km² across three prospecting licences covering the entire ~60 km northern extension of the Archean Kraaipan Greenstone Belt, with more than 80% of the northern portion under Kalahari sand cover. Harmony's Kalgold mine, a multi-million-ounce BIF-hosted operation, sits 40 km to the south.

The commercial structure involves an option from Rockman Resources to earn 60% by spending US$5M over three years. The US$1M firm commitment is complete, and roughly US$1.1M remained at the time of the September presentation. A further 20% may be earned at Rockman's election on completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment. Rockman, through operator Mineral Services, supplies the in-country crew, the UAV magnetic platform and the mobile RC rig.

Three discoveries are now named — Tau (Target A), Tlou (Target AE) and Nkwe (Target AF) — identified in under 24 months. There is no mineral resource estimate, no economic study and no metallurgical testwork on any of them.

Management includes Eira Thomas (CEO; Diavik and Lucara co-founder, ex-CEO Lucara, Kaminak/Coffee team), Dr. John Armstrong (President and COO, QP), and Ken Armstrong (Chair). Botswana is a top-tier African jurisdiction on Fraser Institute rankings.

Financial backdrop (prior-period context from the as-reported statements, not disclosed in today's release): no revenue; net loss C$194,427 for the six months to 31 October 2025; operating cash outflow C$342,394 and capex C$1,229,300 over that period; cash C$635,737 and total equity C$18.2M at 31 October 2025, of which C$17.5M is capitalised mineral property. A C$4.0M placement at C$0.24 (half-warrant at C$0.36) closed 6 March 2026, after that balance-sheet date, so reported cash materially understates the current position.
