Pacific Ridge Signs Exploration Agreements with Tsay Keh Dene Nation for the Kliyul and RDP Copper-Gold Projects
Pacific Ridge’s Tsay Keh Dene agreement secures BC copper-gold assets while drill assays remain pending.

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (PEX) has signed exploration agreements with the Tsay Keh Dene Nation (TKD) for its 100% owned Kliyul and RDP copper-gold projects in north-central British Columbia. The agreements establish a framework for communication, collaboration, and relationship building to provide certainty for project advancement.
At the Kliyul project, the company reported an Inferred Mineral Resource for the Main Zone (KMZ) totaling 334.1 million tonnes at 0.33% CuEq (0.15% Cu, 0.26 g/t Au, 0.95 g/t Ag). Drilling at the M39 target (Kliyul) is complete, with four diamond drill holes totaling 1,524 m finished in 2026. Assay results are pending.
At the RDP project's Day target, 3,010 m of drilling across five holes confirmed continuous copper-sulphide mineralization from vertical depths of ~170 m over lengths >300 m. Assays for holes RDP-26-017, -018, and -019 are pending. The release reiterates that geological and geophysical observations are being reported ahead of final assay receipt, review, and interpretation.
Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (PEX) released a standard exploration update and community engagement milestone that does not include new assay results, resource upgrades, or financial guidance. The company’s TKD agreement serves as a procedural step toward securing social license, though it does not immediately alter the project’s economics or valuation.
Geological confirmation of continuous mineralization at RDP and an update on the M39 target represent incremental follow-ups to the August 2026 drilling start announcements. Without assay data to validate these geological interpretations or expand the resource base, the release lacks the specificity to provide a fundamental catalyst for the market. The update is expected and routine, with no expectation of material impact on the stock.
Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (PEX) is a pre-revenue, advanced-stage exploration company focused on copper-gold porphyry systems in British Columbia and gold projects in Yukon. Its flagship assets include the Kliyul and RDP copper-gold projects in BC, while the company also holds Yukon gold projects, specifically Mariposa and Eureka Dome, under option to Labrador Gold Corp.
The Kliyul Main Zone (KMZ) hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 334.1 Mt at 0.33% CuEq. The deposit is open for expansion along a 6-km mineralized trend. At the RDP Day Target, the company has demonstrated porphyry-style mineralization with high-grade intercepts historically, such as 112.2 m @ 1.35% CuEq in 2025. Current drilling aims to define the porphyry center and western magnetic lobe.
The projects are located near the Omineca Road, a 230 kV power line, and the past-producing Kemess mine.
