Ag Growth appoints Brisebois permanent CEO

Mr. Paul Brisebois reports AGI ANNOUNCES CEO APPOINTMENT Paul Brisebois, who was appointed Ag Growth International Inc.'s interim president and chief executive officer of Ag Growth in January, 2026, has assumed that role on a permanent basis. It is also the intention of the current board of directors that Mr. Brisebois would be appointed to the board immediately following the company's coming shareholder meeting to be held on June 4, 2026. Mr. Brisebois has served as Ag Growth's interim president and chief executive officer since January, 2026, prior to which he served as Ag Growth's senior vice-president of North America farm and global portables. Mr. Brisebois joined Ag Growth in 2012, and has over 25 years of agriculture experience in sales, marketing, business development and operations. Mr. Brisebois holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. About Ag Growth International Inc.
