Can-Gow Capital receives FFCTO revocation
Mr. Brendon McCutcheon reports
CEASE TRADE ORDER REVOKED
Can-Gow Capital Inc. reported in a news release dated Oct. 21, 2024, that, effective May 3, 2024, the Alberta Securities Commission issued a failure-to-file cease trade order (FFCTO). The FFCTO was issued because the company had failed to file its financial statements and MD&As (management discussions and analyses).
The TSX Venture Exchange also suspended trading of the company's shares.
The company has now been able to complete the filing of its audited financial statements for the years ended Dec. 31, 2023, and Dec. 31, 2024, and to bring all of its other required filings up to date. As a result, the Alberta Securities Commission has issued a revocation order revoking the FFCTO dated April 30, 2026.
The company is now initiating an application to the exchange to have trading of the company's shares reinstated.
