Stockworks Gold Commences Follow up of High-Grade Gold Stream Sediment Anomalies at the Pirenopolis Project, Brazil
Stockworks begins soil surveys at Pirenopolis to trace the bedrock source of high-grade stream gold.

Stockworks Gold Inc. has initiated a detailed soil geochemical survey at its 100% owned Pirenópolis gold project in Goiás, Brazil. The program targets the bedrock source of previously identified high-grade stream sediment anomalies, which returned assays up to 6.38 g/t Au.
Soil sampling is being conducted in a systematic grid pattern across two parallel drainages, located 1.0 to 1.5 km apart, to identify elevated gold-in-soil and pathfinder elements. These results will be integrated with recently completed high-resolution drone magnetic data, which identified a large regional-scale magnetic feature interpreted as a fault or shear zone acting as a fluid conduit.
The primary objective is to define priority drill targets for the company's inaugural drilling campaign. Concurrent prospecting is underway to locate additional mineralized float boulders and cobbles.
Stockworks Gold Inc. (STW) released an update that marks a standard progression in its exploration lifecycle, moving from stream sediment sampling to soil geochemistry and ultimately to drilling. The announcement aligns with prior management guidance and the October 2025 exploration update, confirming the company is executing its planned work program.
No new financial data, resource estimates, or material milestones were disclosed in the release.
Stockworks Gold Inc. is a junior exploration company focused on precious metals, headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Its flagship asset is the Pirenópolis Gold Project, located in the town of Pirenópolis, Goiás State, Brazil. The project is currently in the early-stage exploration phase, prior to resource disclosure.
Geologically, the project lies within the Mid to Neo Proterozoic Pan Brazilian Geological Belt, the same orogenic belt hosting Kinross Gold's giant Paracatu mine, which contains over 16 million ounces of gold. The region experienced a historic placer gold rush in the 1700s-1800s, but the hard-rock source had never been identified until recent sampling.
Infrastructure at the site includes road access and location on cattle grazing land with nearby quartzite quarries. The property is connected to the power grid and situated in a mining-friendly jurisdiction, with 34 producing mines in Goiás. Management is led by CEO Nasim Tyab and President/COO David Kelsch, P.Geo., who brings over 30 years of exploration experience, including roles at Rio Tinto and Bluestone Resources.
