Total Metals Identifies High-Priority Drill Targets at its High Lake High-Grade Gold Project, Northwestern Ontario
Total confirmed high-grade targets at High Lake despite a tight cash runway amid dilution.

Total Metals Corp. announced the identification of high-priority drill targets at its High Lake high-grade gold project in Northwestern Ontario. The targets were derived from recent high-resolution airborne magnetic surveys and historical data, highlighting the Purdex Zone where historic intersections frequently exceeded 10 g/t Au.
Management confirmed the company is fully financed for the upcoming fall drill program to test these new targets and expand known mineralization. A NI 43-101 Technical Report by English River Geoscience Ltd. (effective Nov 30, 2025) was filed to confirm the currency of the existing Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Purdex Zone.
The announcement does not introduce new capital, new projects, or unexpected operational milestones.
The confirmation of the MRE via a technical report serves as a standard compliance step following the Oct 2025 acquisition and does not materially change the asset's valuation. While the announcement reinforces the company's execution capability, it lacks the unexpected, market-moving catalyst required for a material rating.
Total Metals Corp. is a junior exploration company focused on high-grade gold and critical metals projects in Ontario and Manitoba. Its flagship Electrolode Critical Metals Project comprises 3,300 hectares in the Red Lake district, targeting VMS-style Cu-Zn-Ag-Au mineralization. Winter 2026 drilling returned high-grade zinc (up to 38.20% over 0.42m) and copper (up to 3.59% over 1.91m), alongside elevated gallium and indium values.
The company also holds the High Lake Gold Project, a 638.8-hectare property near Kenora containing the Purdex Zone. This zone features an Indicated resource of 152 kt @ 9.38 g/t Au (45.8 koz) and an Inferred resource of 287 kt @ 10.43 g/t Au (96.2 koz). Additionally, Total Metals Corp. owns the 276.5-hectare Menary Gold Project, located adjacent to Coeur Mining's Rainy River mine, where historic grab samples have returned up to 8,120 g/t Au. In April 2026, the company acquired the Pick Lake Critical Minerals Property, which contains high-grade zinc resources, including an Indicated resource of 1.78 Mt @ 19.2% Zn.
