New Age Metals Reports Gold Values Up To 4.77 G/T From Ongoing Prospecting At The Bonanza Ridge Gold And Critical Metals Project, Kenora Mining District, Northwestern Ontario

New Age’s high-grade grab samples extend the Bonanza Ridge trend ahead of its upcoming winter drill program.

Executive Summary

New Age Metals Inc. (NAM) released an exploration update regarding its 2026 field season at the Bonanza Ridge Gold and Critical Metals Project in northwestern Ontario. The initial batch of 215 grab samples yielded gold values reaching 4.777 g/t Au, alongside elevated copper readings of 3,230 ppm and silver values of 14.9 g/t.

Seven of the first 215 samples exceeded 1 g/t Au, including high-grade intercepts identified at the Blue Star showing and a previously unrecognized sub-parallel structure located north of Blue Star. At the Triggs occurrence, mechanized stripping was completed to expose gold-bearing features, and a structural consultant has been engaged to guide detailed mapping and channel sampling.

The company also received final data from a high-resolution fixed-wing airborne geophysical survey covering multiple claim blocks. This data will be integrated with structural analysis to define targets for a planned winter diamond drill program. Results for an additional 116 samples remain pending.

Material Impact

New Age Metals Inc. (NAM) released an expected incremental exploration update following its broader 2026 field program announcements. The company reported 4.77 g/t Au grab samples, which are consistent with, though lower than, the exceptional Fall 2025 results that returned up to 127 g/t Au at Triggs and 31.9 g/t Au at Blue Star.

The news confirms that mineralization extends beyond historically focused areas and validates the company's strategy of expanding the Bonanza Ridge land package. There is no immediate financial or operational impact; the update primarily serves to build confidence ahead of the winter drilling campaign.

The recent $1 million LIFE financing, closed on Sept 16, 2026, provides sufficient working capital to fund the upcoming winter drill program and ongoing exploration without immediate dilution.
