FY 2025 revenues of $8.7-million (U.S.) versus $6.4-million (U.S.) in FY 2024, representing a 36-per-cent increase. FY 2025 SaaS (software-as-a-service) revenues of $2.5-million (U.S.) versus $2.3-million (U.S.) in FY 2024 represent an increase of 12 per cent year over year. The gross margin is reported to be 36 per cent for FY 2025 (34 per cent for FY 2024), and the gross profit is reported to be $3.1-million (U.S.) ($2.2-million (U.S.) for FY 2024), representing a 43-per-cent increase. The FY 2025 net operating loss is reported to be $1.4-million (U.S.) versus $2.6-million (U.S.) in FY 2024, representing a year-over-year 45-per-cent reduction in net operating losses. In FY 2025, the Direct Communication Solutions team has implemented a growth-focused strategy and is actively pursuing a listing on a U.S. exchange.
