A.I.S. Resources Updates on Phase 1 Drill Program in Saint John, New Brunswick
A.I.S. reports visual sulphides and two abandoned holes with no assay results at its project.

A.I.S. Resources Limited (AIS) has completed part of its Phase 1 diamond drilling program in southwestern New Brunswick. The company drilled eight NQ diamond holes for a total of 1,340 metres, falling short of the planned Phase 1 program of approximately 2,000 metres. The drilling covered the Pocologan, Little Lepreau, and Prince of Wales prospects, with holes inclined at 45 to 60 degrees.
At Pocologan, hole PP26-01 was completed to 242.5 metres and intersected mylonitized gabbro of the Early Silurian Andy Ponds Gabbro Formation cut by felsic dykes. Visual disseminated sulphides were observed across multiple intervals at Pocologan, and 40 samples were selected.
At Little Lepreau, five holes totalled 808.5 metres. Two of these intersected Talbot Road Granodiorite, while one hole, LP26-05, was abandoned at 80 metres with only 43.75 metres recovered due to poor, fractured, faulted ground.
At Prince of Wales, both holes were abandoned above the proposed target zone due to mechanical failure in fault zones with poor core recovery. Prince of Wales intersected brecciated, altered granite and granodiorite with chloritic, kaolinitic and hematitic alteration, but no visible mineralization.
All assay results are pending; samples went to ALS Laboratories and AGAT Laboratories.
A.I.S. Resources Limited (AIS) issued an operational progress update regarding its exploration activities, noting that 1,340 meters of a planned 2,000-meter program have been completed. Two holes were abandoned due to difficult ground conditions, and assay results remain pending. The company highlighted the presence of visual sulphides at Pocologan, describing them as an encouraging geological observation, though these findings do not constitute drill results.
The release contains no new quantitative drill data and therefore does not alter the resource, grade, continuity, or economic thesis. At a market capitalization of approximately C$4.9 million, the micro-cap is priced partially on the IOCG-porphyry concept, but this specific update adds no grade-volume evidence. The market has already traded this narrative; the stock rose from around C$0.03 in late 2025 to C$0.21 by July 2026 on surface sample results and the drilling launch, before correcting to C$0.14 by mid-September.
A.I.S. Resources Limited is a TSX Venture Exchange listed junior explorer focused on early-stage copper-gold-silver and IOCG-porphyry targets in southwestern New Brunswick. The company holds or has options over Saint John, Pocologan, Frenchmans Creek and Grand Bay, with a combined land position of 26,952 hectares, or approximately 269.5 square kilometres. The Saint John earn-in with Riversgold allows A.I.S. to earn up to 75% subject to staged exploration spending; Riversgold retains a potential 25% free-carried interest.
As of 2026-03-31, cash was C$2.34 million, working capital was about C$1.21 million, and the company was pre-revenue with a going concern flag. Basic shares outstanding were 34,832,513 as at the latest financial statement and investor presentation; fully diluted was approximately 37.46 million shares including warrants and options. The company generated no operating revenue and depends on asset sales, equity issuance and exploration success.
