Ross River investor Canal Front acquires 700,000 shares

Mr. Blair Naughty of Canal Front reports CANAL FRONT INVESTMENTS INC. ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF ROSS RIVER MINERALS INC. Canal Front Investments Inc. has acquired ownership and control of 700,000 common shares of Ross River Minerals Inc. The subject shares represented approximately 8.14 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares of the company as of Dec. 24, 2025, immediately following the transaction described above, resulting in a corresponding increase in the percentage of shares held by the acquiror as a result of the transaction. Immediately before the transaction described above, the acquiror held 304,000 common shares of the company, representing approximately 3.53 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. Immediately following the transaction described above, the acquiror held an aggregate of 1,004,000 common shares, representing approximately 11.67 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. The aggregate consideration payable for the subject shares was $31,500 (700,000 at 4.5 cents per subject share).
