Birchtree Investments arranges $1-million private placement

Mr. Vitali Savitski reports BIRCHTREE INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES PROPOSED FINANCING Birchtree Investments Ltd. has arranged a proposed non-brokered private placement of common shares for up to $1-million at a price of two cents per share. Closing of the offering is expected to occur in one or more tranches and the company expects to complete the offering on or before Oct. 31, 2025. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for potential new investments, working capital and general corporate purposes. The common shares issuable pursuant to the offering are subject to a hold period of four months and a day from the date of closing of the offering.
