Bedford begins phase 2 prospecting at Sheppard Lake

BEDFORD METALS COMMENCES PHASE 2 PROSPECTING AT SHEPPARD LAKE URANIUM PROJECT
Bedford Metals Corp. has commenced the second phase of its 2025 prospecting program at its wholly owned Sheppard Lake uranium project, located on the southern edge of Saskatchewan's prolific Athabasca basin.
This helicopter-supported, month-long program will focus on high-priority targets situated in the remote extremities of the project area, with particular attention given to the Cable Lake region. The targets were generated through a rigorous analysis of historic data sets, which have been integrated with modern MobileMT data collected in spring 2025 under the guidance of Jean Hubert, Eng, geophysicist.

This follow-up program is focused on extending our geological understanding into previously untested areas with excellent geophysical signatures. The integration of new data with historical surveys has given us tremendous confidence in the potential of the Cable Lake region and beyond. Restricted share unit grant
The company also has granted a total of 4.05 million restricted share units to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company. The RSUs will vest over a period of 12 months in accordance with the company's equity incentive plan.

Dr. Peter Born, PGeo, is the designated qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and the president of the company, and is responsible for and has approved the technical information contained in this release.
