Betterlife director Beaudry resigns; arranges debt deal

Each share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 10 cents per share and will expire on Sept. 27, 2026. The company also announces the resignation of Andre Beaudry from its board of directors and will be announcing appointment of new corporate adviser(s) in the coming weeks.
