Roxmore Resources Provides Update on Development Activities at the Converse Gold Project in Nevada

Roxmore’s Converse Gold Project drilling reaches 50% completion ahead of the 2027 preliminary feasibility study.

Executive Summary

Roxmore Resources Inc. (RM) has issued a comprehensive development update regarding its Converse Gold Project in Nevada, confirming that the company remains on track to deliver a Prefeasibility Study (PFS) by late 2027. To oversee the PFS workstreams, the company has appointed Micaela Muro as Study Manager.

In preparation for the upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), a major silver re-assay program has been launched. This initiative involves dispatching over 10,000 historic sample pulps to establish a dataset for inclusion in the Q1 2027 MRE. Concurrently, metallurgical testwork is continuing with 36 additional column tests focusing on HPGR and SART circuits.

Drilling activity is currently underway with three rigs operating on a 30,000-metre Phase 1 infill and extension program. Approximately 50% of Phase 1 is complete, though assays for 17 holes remain outstanding. A fourth RC rig is scheduled to begin operations in Q4 2026.

Supporting studies are also advancing, with Piteau Associates appointed to lead geotechnical and hydrogeological work. Water wells are planned for drilling in Q4 2026. Meanwhile, permitting baseline studies led by Sunstone Environmental are progressing, with agency review targeted for 2028-2029 and a Federal Record of Decision targeted for H2 2029. The PFS and maiden Mineral Reserve Estimate are both targeted for completion in December 2027.

Material Impact

Roxmore Resources Inc. (RM) released an update on September 9, 2026, marking routine execution of the work plan previously announced in March and April 2026. Drilling progress has accelerated from approximately 31% completion in July to approximately 50% in September, validating management's timeline and capital deployment.

The company is also conducting a silver re-assay program and metallurgical testwork, which are follow-ups to initiatives already disclosed. These efforts serve to de-risk the project and potentially enhance gold-equivalent grades. The Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) timeline remains unchanged at late 2027, with permitting milestones aligning with standard Nevada regulatory pathways.
