Nobel Announces Drill Plan for the Cuprita Copper Project and Provides Update on the Janett Project
Nobel plans a 3.2km rc drill program at the cuprita porphyry project in chile.

Nobel Resources Corp. announced its next phase of drilling at the Cuprita copper project in Chile, planning an initial Reverse Circulation (RC) program of approximately 3,200 meters. The drilling aims to test high-priority targets identified by a final Quantec Pole-Dipole IP survey, which revealed a large, continuous chargeability anomaly extending south and east of previously explored zones. The core of the anomaly lies under shallow overburden, representing an extensive untested area for potential porphyry copper-molybdenum mineralization.
At the Janett project, the company is acquiring exploration permits for initial field follow-up, including geological mapping, geochemistry, and geophysical surveys. QA/QC protocols remain consistent with prior campaigns, utilizing Andes Analytical Assays and standard NI 43-101 chain-of-custody procedures.
Nobel Resources Corp. (NBLC) issued a routine follow-up to its July 2026 drill results (CUP-006) and induced polarization (IP) survey updates. The announcement confirms management’s stated exploration strategy to shift focus toward the newly identified core of the porphyry system.
No new assay data, resource estimates, or financing terms were disclosed. The market had already priced in the IP survey extension and the pivot to Cuprita/Janett in June. The news is incremental and expected, providing operational continuity rather than a fundamental shift in project economics or valuation.
Nobel Resources Corp. (NBLC) is a pre-revenue junior explorer focused on copper projects in Chile's Antofagasta Region. Its flagship project, Cuprita, covers 1,000 hectares and is located within the Paleocene Porphyry Copper Belt, near major regional deposits like El Salvador and Spence. Geological indicators at the site include an extensive leach cap (lithocap), soil copper anomalies exceeding 300% above background, tourmaline breccias, and strong IP chargeability anomalies.
The company also holds the Janett project, a 1,350-hectare past-producing stratabound copper deposit. Historical channel sampling at Janett averaged 0.79% Cu over 55m. The company is currently in the advanced exploration stage, and no mineral resources or reserves have been defined to date.
