Silver47 Intersects High-Grade Mineralization in Step-Out Holes at Red Mountain, Alaska, and Hughes, Nevada

None

Executive Summary

The October 15, 2025 news release provides the first batch of high-grade assay results from the 2025 drill programs at two key projects: the wholly-owned Red Mountain Project in Alaska and the recently acquired Hughes Project in Nevada.

Red Mountain Project (Alaska): * West Tundra Flat (WTF): Step-out drilling, 165 meters from previous intercepts, returned significant high-grade results. * WT25-38 intersected 6.9 meters of 640 g/t silver equivalent (AgEq), including a very high-grade core of 3.05 meters of 1,341 g/t AgEq. * WT25-37 intersected 3.0 meters of 736 g/t AgEq. * Dry Creek (DC): Drilling demonstrated broad mineralization. * DC25-108 intersected 12.8 meters of 344 g/t AgEq.

Hughes Project (Nevada): * Drilling confirmed the continuity of high-grade silver-gold mineralization, expanding the Ruby vein system over a 600-meter trend. * SUM24-65: 1.1 meters of 509 g/t AgEq. * SUM24-66: 0.9 meters of 406 g/t AgEq. * SUM25-69: A 130-meter down-dip step-out intersected 1.8 meters of 190 g/t AgEq, including 0.5 meters of 546 g/t AgEq.

The release notes that assays are pending for eight additional holes from Red Mountain and that follow-up drill planning is underway for Hughes.

Material Impact

This news is materially positive. It represents the successful execution of the company's exploration strategy following its recent merger and large financing.

  • De-risking and Confirmation: The results from Red Mountain are the first assays from the 2025 program, which was previously announced as complete on October 1, 2025, with visual identification of massive sulfides. These high-grade assays confirm the visuals and demonstrate the potential to materially expand the existing 168.6 million ounce AgEq inferred resource. The 165-meter step-outs at West Tundra Flat are particularly significant as they suggest considerable growth potential.
  • Validating the Merger: These are the first results from the Hughes project, acquired through the Summa Silver merger in August 2025. While the intercepts are narrow, which is typical for the Tonopah district, the high grades and successful step-outs demonstrate the potential of the acquired assets and validate the merger's strategic rationale.
  • Meeting Expectations: After raising over $23 million at $0.70 in September, the company was under pressure to deliver strong exploration results. This news does just that, providing justification for the financing and likely satisfying new shareholders.
  • Financial Position: The company is well-capitalized (stated ~$27M working capital as of Oct 1) and does not need to raise funds. This allows it to aggressively pursue its exploration plans into 2026 without the threat of near-term dilution, a significant advantage in the exploration sector.

From a critical standpoint, the narrow widths at Hughes will require further drilling to prove economic viability and build significant tonnage. However, the primary value driver is the flagship Red Mountain project, and these results are unequivocally strong. The market should react positively to the successful resource expansion drilling.

Company Overview

Silver47 Exploration Corp. is a US-focused silver exploration and development company. Its portfolio was significantly expanded following the August 2025 merger with Summa Silver Corp.

  • Flagship Project: The Red Mountain Project in Alaska is a wholly-owned, large-scale VMS (Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide) project. It hosts a NI 43-101 inferred mineral resource of 15.6 million tonnes at 336 g/t AgEq, totaling 168.6 million silver equivalent ounces. The project is polymetallic, containing silver, gold, zinc, lead, and copper, as well as critical minerals like antimony and gallium.
  • Other Key Assets (post-merger):
    • Hughes Project (Nevada): A high-grade, past-producing silver-gold project in the historic Tonopah district.
    • Mogollon Project (New Mexico): The largest historic silver producer in New Mexico.
    • Kennedy Project (Nevada): Royalty-free, early-stage gold-silver project acquired by staking.
