Ndatalyze tests sports predictive scoring formulas

UPDATES THE "EPITOME" PREDICTIVE SPORTS PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS PROJECT AND THE RTO PROGRESS Ndatalyze Corp.'s sports analytic predictive scoring formulas, including genetic markers, are in testing and calibration. The Epitome on-line questionnaire is live and is also in testing. Data collection from three junior league teams (WHL and equivalent) is expected to begin around the middle of October and be completed before year-end, 2025. Machine learning has been an instrumental tool in all aspects of Epitome, and has significantly reduced costs and accelerated development time. Regarding the previously announced reverse takeover, the corporation has been informed that the RTO target audit is continuing and that the controlling shareholder is awaiting a tax opinion prior to finalizing the amount of the contemplated private placement. It is unknown when the tax opinion will be received. Trading in the corporation's shares will remain halted until the RTO is completed or abandoned. We seek Safe Harbor.
