Flow Metals to issue 272,727 shares for royalty payment

Mr. Scott Sheldon reports FLOW METALS ANNOUNCES SHARE ISSUANCE PURSUANT TO ADVANCED ROYALTY PAYMENT Pursuant to the option agreement dated March 23, 2019, to acquire the Sixtymile property, Flow Metals Corp. has entered into debt settlement agreements with the vendors of the Sixtymile property to settle the annual advanced royalty payment of $30,000. Pursuant to the settlement agreements, the company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 272,727 common shares at a deemed price of 11 cents per common share to the vendors. Closing of the settlement agreements is anticipated to occur on or before March 25, 2026. The securities issued pursuant to the settlement agreements will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.
